To use the installer,you have to rename it to C&CGenNewTchMod.EXE  You MUST add the .exe on the end(if your computer will allow you to),in order to use it, if you want, i may be able to email you it at Arbiter1164@hotmail.com 

the new tech mod has no viruses,ec...,and adds some buildings and vehicles into C&Cgenerals such as now you can build battleships!,the GLA get toxin planes!
